Staff Profiles

 Randy Straatmann owns and operates RNS Business Services in Hastings and Kearney Nebraska.  RNS Business Services provides income tax preparation, payroll, bookkeeping and small business consulting to clients in more than 20 states.  Randy has a BS in Business Administration with an Accounting major and a mnor in Marketing.  He is an Accredited Tax Preparer (ATP), an Accredited Tax Advisor (ATA) and a NTPI Fellow.  In addition he is enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service as an Enrolled Agent (EA).

Mr. Straatmann is the former CFO of Allmand Brothers, INC and CEO/General Manager of Natural Earth Solutions.  He has held responsibilities of Treasurer and Vice President of Finance, Controller and Operations Manager with Rockwell International and Chief Industries, Inc.  He has had extensive experience in analyzing and performing due dilligence in the acquistion of new companies and successfully developing and implementing new marketing strategies.  As one of the owners and part of the key management team was successful in the growth, grooming and sale of Electronic Marketing  Resource Group, Inc to the national student loan company Sallie Mae, Inc.
